Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
